The whole “der Radler”- team is just great. I own a high quality e-bike and it’s never easy to get the right repair fast. But here everyone works together and it fits. The team is competent and I can only recommend them.

When I arrived this morning without an appointment with a flat tire at “der Radler” main station, I was told what had to be done. After 90 minutes, I was able to start cycling home again. Very courteous and qualitative staff, I borrowed 2 bikes yesterday after work using the click and collect system, just called beforehand and made a reservation, simple and uncomplicated, although I only arrived shortly before the end of work, I was given a very warm welcome.

In addition, there is the project of the cyclists’ shop, here people are reintegrated into working life.
